charmeuse silk scarves are 66" in length and vary from 9-12" in width. They are constructed of either one or three continuous pieces of silk or seven squares of contrasting silk. A small percentage of scarf fabrics are poly or rayon. Japanese kimono fabrics are often resist-dyed or stencil-dyed textiles, not merely surface printed. Fully lined in soft solid colored silk. Half-width scarves have no soft silk lining, but are self-lined with the same fabric. Each piece is individually designed, so that no two will be alike. Fluid and draping, they make an exciting statement. These scarves work especially well as an accessory for jackets and coats. Each one is fashioned by me.
