Black silk jacquard jacket with a fancy presentation. The darkest areas are black chenille and the entire jacket is embellished with a technique called urushi,
where lacquered metallic threads are woven in to form pretty floral patterns. These are sparkling silver with copper and other subtle colors. Wear for the holidays!
Lined in an ivory colored silk jacquard with floral patterns. The upper lining has overall yellowing from age and some areas have tiny rust colored spots. This does not affect the exterior.
Features the traditional hanging sleeve of a kimono. Measures 49" from sleeve tip to tip. Length is 33" from back of neck and 35" including collar. Chest area is 46". Haori jackets do not wrap, are worn open. Hip area across the back is 24.5". Fits near size 10-12-14. The hem reaches my knees and I'm 5'3".
