Vintage Hand Dyed Silk Scarf: Japanese Kimono Obiage Green to Brown Gradation H2375
This is a traditional scarf called obiage which is worn under a Japanese obi 
I found that it makes a fantastic neck scarf!   This one has lovely color gradation in green, squash and burnt umber.
The fabric is chirimen silk with tiny twists in the weave making it slightly spongy.
The edges of obiage are not sewn under, they are merely pinked.
Measures 66" x 12" wide
