Vintage Japanese Cloth Hand Bag H1353 Black Purse Flower Topped

The exterior black satin fabric is in excellent vintage condition.   The front and back are pleated into the metal rims and the front is topped with 5 rosette shapes.   
The top clasp has inset rhinestones.
Measures 10.5" in length, 5" high and 1.5" wide at the bottom.   Lined in black satin fabric with 1 tiny pocket 
The inside metal rims are somewhat smoky.
The chain folds nicely inside on little hinges for a clutch style and has a 23" drop if used.
