Vintage Japanese Kimono - Silk Kimono Jacket- Haori - Urushi Kimono Jacket KY687 - kimono jacket hand-stitched by kimono makers in Japan
May have been previously worn but the exterior and interior are in excellent condition. Will be great for the holidays!
Very soft and flowing black silk jacquard with a swirl pattern woven in. Also has dramatic urushi threads (lacquered gold, orange and green metallic) on front and back areas.
The haori is medium weight and a family crest adorns the back of the neck.
Lined in white and green silk branch print.
Features the traditional hanging sleeve of a kimono. Measures 50" from sleeve tip to tip. Length is 30" from back of neck and 32" including collar. Chest area is 48". Haori jackets
do not wrap and are worn open. Hip area across the back is 25". Fits near size 10-12-14.
