Beautiful apricot silk has a jacquard weave with oodles of flying cranes.   Also in the weave are varied leafy circlets made with a technique called urushi, or lacquered threads.
These threads are metallic pewter and silver in color, which make the jacket shiny and fancier.    A few of the cranes are also rendered in this technique.
There is a tiny, tiny spot on the upper left shoulder (last photo) near the collar band.
Lined in a soft silk fabric of apricot

Features the traditional hanging sleeve of a kimono and these are about 21".   Measures 49" from sleeve tip to tip.   Length is 33" from back of neck and 35" including collar.  Chest area is 44".  Haori jackets do not wrap and are worn open.  Hip area across the back is 23.5".   Fits near size 8-10.  The haori from this era tend to look best on taller, straighter figures rather
than curvy ones.
