Vintage Japanese Silk Brocade Fabric Bag H848B  Purse - vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric.    The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads which are orange and gold.   The design on the front has the Japanese royal cart design with peonies and water patterns.
The bag is vintage but in good condition.  The top edge of the back has slight wear and the upper left corner of the front has a tiny bit of wear.   The bottom of the back has a slightly darker hue in the middle when held to the light, barely seen.
Measures 9" in length, 5.5" high and 2" wide.   Lined in gold taffeta fabric with two small inside pockets.   The lining is mostly clean with a few smudges and the inner metal rim has scratches but you only see them real close up in the photo.
Has a metal chain with 7" drop.  The chain is on hinges which fold flat to hide the chain inside the bag for a clutch style.
