Vintage Sage Green Silk Shibori Dyed Scarf: Japanese Kimono Obiage H2374
This is a traditional scarf called obiage which is worn under a Japanese obi 
I found that it makes a fantastic neck scarf!   This one is light weight with a crepe texture, shibori dyed areas and bush clover patterns done with gold metallic fabric paint.
The edges of obiage are not sewn under, they are merely pinked.
I don't think this scarf was ever worn.
