Haori I4284-  kimono jacket hand-stitched by kimono makers in Japan     Previously worn but in very good condition.   Lining has some snags and some small tea colored spots at the side seams.
 
Silk jacket with a jacquard weave done in plush chenille threads to form swirled patterns.   Also has urushi, lacquered threads in light copper colors.  
 
Lined in an ivory patterned silk with chrysanthemum patterns.    Features the traditional hanging sleeve of a kimono.  Measures 51" from sleeve tip to tip.   Length is 33" from back of neck and 35" including collar.  Chest area is 49".  Haori jackets do not wrap, are worn open.  Hip area across the back is 25".
