Japanese Beaded Hand Bag H2210 Statement Bag Vintage Clutch & Shoulder Bag RAAD Shop

I bought this from my Japanese wholesaler and I can't find much info on the brand but an online search says it is from a boutique line called RAAD Shop.
It's very unique with a heavily beaded body and cut out handles.  The beads are white with copper colored abstract shapes that resemble hearts.  The bag has a zipper across the top and is 
lined in white satin with one interior pocket.  There is a hidden magnet to keep the sides together.
The lining has discoloration on the handle areas which may be darkened glue rather than wear.
I was surprised to find a silver chain with a 23" drop inside the pocket.  There are tiny satin loops at the zipper ends where the chain can be attached.
Length is 12", height is 8" and width is 3"     The bag sits upright without support.
