Has pretty gold clasp at top. The top rim has 2 tiny spots where the coloring is missing. You might apply some gold paint from a craft store to touch it up. The sides are vinyl and open wide. The rims are gold color and are very shiny and the bag looks unused. Inside is a gold fabric lining with 2 small pockets. The handle is quite interesting. It's a curved gold metal with a decorative strip. Measures 7.25 x 6" x 3.5" with a 4" drop on the handle. I do not see any wear on this bag.
