Japanese Vintage Kimono - Silk Kimono Jacket- Haori- Kimono Jacket KY1170
- kimono jacket hand-stitched by kimono makers in Japan     Previously worn but exterior and interior are in very good condition.   
Silk jacket of high quality fabric, smooth weave with resist dyed hibiscus petals on right front sleeve, back of right sleeve, and the lower back.  Rather than being completely solid color, the burnt orange silk has light and dark areas.  There is a spot on the upper right chest (photo 9), middle of the back right panel (photo 10), and left upper back panel (last photo).
Lined in a ivory jacquard fabric, either silk or synthetic.
Features the traditional hanging sleeve of a kimono.  Measures 52" from sleeve tip to tip.   Length is 30" from back of neck and 32" including collar.  Chest area is 46".  Haori jackets do not wrap, are worn open.  Hip area across the back is 24.5".   Fits near size 10-12.
