The metal rims are shiny.
I don't know how to tell the difference between patent leather and vinyl so I will opt for vinyl.
Has pretty gold colored sphere snap closure at top. The sides are solid colored gold vinyl.
The back side has one tiny dot where the design did not adhere totally (photo 7).
Inside is gold fabric lining with 1 small pocket and pleated sides. Strap is gold vinyl
Measures 8.5" x 5 x 4.5" with a 4.5" drop on the strap.
