Haori BB7 - kimono jacket hand-stitched by kimono makers in Japan Previously worn but exterior and interior are in very good condition.
This jacket shows minimal wear with the lining affected by age and use and very slight discoloration of the larger white areas on the exterior.
Soft white silk jacquard treated with the shibori tie dye method to resist areas which form diamond areas of fawn dot shibori (kanoko). These areas are raised and softly nubby.
There are two shades of pink with the darker shade leaning towards purple.
Lined in a soft pink and pale gold silk jacquard with cranes in the weave and dyed floral patterns. Light colored silks can oxidize and this leads to tea colored spotting on the lining.

Haori jackets do not wrap, are worn open. Hip area across the back is 25". Fits near size 10-12-14.
