Vintage Japanese Gold Foil Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H2274 Purse
- vintage Japanese bag with silk and gold & green foil fabric.    The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads which are soft orange, gold and green.   There is foil mixed into the weave but I am not sure of this process.   The back has similar design.
The exterior fabric is in excellent vintage condition.   The bag stands up unsupported.
Measures 7" in length, 7" high and 1.75" wide.   Lined in gold taffeta fabric with 2 tiny pockets, one with an elastic top.   There is a Japanese label sewn inside.
Has a self fabric handle with a 5" drop.  
In pristine shape and I suspect has not been used.
