Vintage Japanese Gold Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H1854 Purse Crane Pattern
- vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric.    The threads are shiny, making it dressy and appealing.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads which are gold with peach. There is an elegant woven pattern of cranes in flight on the front. The back has plain woven gold threads.
The exterior fabric is in excellent vintage condition.   The lining is gold taffeta fabric with two small pockets.
The back rim on upper left has a discoloration (last photo) but it is not that apparent and magnified by the camera.
Measures 8" in length, 6.5" high and 2" wide.   Has a self fabric handle with a 5.5" drop.
