Haori H395 - shibori dyed silk kimono jacket hand-stitched by kimono makers in Japan Previously worn but exterior and interior are in good condition for its age.
Soft silk jacket with an underlying jacquard weave, which is a vertical black on black stripe. The flowers are shibori dyed and are white and some of them have patina from age, which colors them a little yellow. You have to be pretty close to notice that. This haori hangs very nicely on the body and is so comfy.
The lining is a soft silk ivory silk with pink rose patterns. The lining has staining from age on the back right panel. The exterior looks in great condition with the exception of of few shibori dyed areas. I have priced accordingly.
Features the traditional hanging sleeve of a kimono. Measures 50" from sleeve tip to tip. Length is 29" from back of neck and 31" including collar. Chest area is 46". Haori jackets do not wrap, are worn open. Hip area across the back is 24". Fits near size 8-10-12.
