Vintage Japanese Ombre Speckle Vinyl Bucket Bag H1135 - vintage Japanese handle bag of vinyl with gold metallic speckled coloring.   The bag has a soft, padded vinyl over a harder case and the sides are accordion pleated to open wider.  
The bag is gold at top changing to a speckled strip and then to amber.
The front has two areas which are raised a bit (photos 3, 4) and the back (photo 6) has some pressure divots from sitting next to another bag (photo 7).
Vinyl tends to get a little sticky with age so this bag has a slight stickiness in places.
One side has a tiny nick in the vinyl (photo 8).
Measures 8" in length, 6" high and 4" wide.   Lined in gross grain gold taffeta fabric which has two small interior pockets.  The lining is very clean.
The handle drop is about 7" .
